Our History
The company was formerly known as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd., established in 2007, and was officially renamed Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. in 2023. It specializes in the production of mid-to-high-end knitting yarns made from materials such as wool, cashmere, rabbit hair, rabbit down, and mink-like fibers. With a workforce of 50 employees and 18 advanced production lines-complemented by cooperative partnerships with multiple spinning mills-the company achieves an annual production volume exceeding 5,000 tons. Its products are sold domestically in regions including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian, and are exported to countries such as South Korea, Japan, and Russia. In 2025, despite a sluggish international trade environment, the company achieved an output value of 30 million yuan. Our Factory
The company is located in the Bei'an Park of Shexian Economic Development Zone, Huangshan City, Anhui Province (after Chengcun Village, Bei'an Town, Shexian County), with a total area of about 60,000 square meters, including about 30,000 square meters of production workshops, about 2,500 square meters of office space, and about 3,500 square meters of employee apartments and canteens. The factory area has clear divisions of production, office and living functions, complete supporting facilities, and good production and employee life support capabilities.
Production Equipment
The company possesses pretreatment and carding equipment-such as opening machines, wool blending machines, and carding machines (equipped with feeding hoppers)-as well as spinning and post-spinning machinery, including roving frames, spinning frames, winders, automatic winders, high-speed yarn doubling machines, staple fiber two-for-one twisters, and drum winders; it is also equipped with screw compressor units and testing instruments. Key equipment is sourced from manufacturers such as Japan's Kyowa and Murata, as well as Italian suppliers, enabling a complete production line capability that spans from initial processing to the final yarn product.

During the pre-production stage, strict controls are applied to raw material intake; color cards are verified item-by-item during material requisition, and materials are released only after confirmation. During the opening and blending stage, any foreign fibers or debris found are manually removed, and cases of severe contamination are reported and addressed immediately, thereby preventing substandard raw materials from entering production at the source.
During the production stage, standardized operating procedures are strictly enforced across all processes. In the blending stage, the oil-to-water ratio is scientifically adjusted based on raw material characteristics and seasonal weather conditions to ensure the quality of semi-finished products. The carding stage employs weight-based management and strict batch segregation to prevent batch mixing. The fine spinning stage strictly manages yarn batches, ensuring that any quality issues are promptly reported and resolved. Safety inspection protocols are implemented at every stage; equipment anomalies trigger immediate shutdowns for rectification, ensuring the quality of work-in-progress remains under control.
In the post-production stage, the company prioritizes reliable delivery. Wool yarns susceptible to contamination are promptly packaged and protected, while urgent orders are prioritized for production to ensure on-time delivery; waste fibers are recovered and reused to control costs.
