Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd., which was established in 2007. We changed our name in 2023. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone in Huangshan, Anhui. The total area is about 60,000 square meters. We have 18 advanced production lines. Key equipment comes from Japan and Italy. Our annual output exceeds 5,000 tons. Our products reach major textile regions across China. We also export to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This yak wool blend knitting yarn contains four fibers: 6% yak wool, 20% nylon, 20% acrylic, and 54% hollow polyester. Yak wool adds a luxurious feel and natural warmth. Nylon and acrylic improve strength, durability, and wear resistance. Hollow polyester makes the yarn lighter and gives the fabric a unique texture. The semi-worsted process creates a smoother surface and a premium finish. The yarn count is 2/48 NM, which is suitable for 12-gauge knitting. The finished fabric feels soft against the skin, maintains its shape well, and resists wrinkles. This yak wool blend knitting yarn is suitable for high-end sweaters, jackets, and other premium knitted garments. The finished products offer a combination of luxury, comfort, and easy care.

We check all raw materials against color cards when they arrive at our factory. We inspect them again before releasing them for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and water ratios according to the season and material characteristics. During carding, we control feed rates and keep different batch numbers separated. We track each batch throughout the spinning process. If we find any quality issue, we report it and take corrective action immediately. We inspect every batch before packing to ensure consistent quality.
