Semi-Worsted Knitting Yarn

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. began as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. in 2007. We changed our name in 2023. We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual output exceeds 5,000 tons. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone in Huangshan, Anhui. In 2025, we achieved 30 million yuan in output. We aim to become a leader in Anhui's high-end wool textile industry.

This semi-worsted knitting yarn contains five fibers: 5% cashmere, 5% wool, 20% nylon, 20% acrylic, and 50% polyester. Cashmere and wool provide a soft and comfortable feel. Nylon, acrylic, and polyester improve strength, durability, and wear resistance. The semi-worsted process creates a smoother yarn surface and a cleaner appearance. The yarn count is 2/48 NM, which is suitable for 12-gauge knitting. The finished fabric feels soft, holds its shape well, and offers long-lasting performance. This semi-worsted knitting yarn is suitable for sweaters, scarves, and other knitted garments. The finished products combine comfort, durability, and easy care.

We check all raw materials against color cards when they arrive at our factory. We inspect them again before releasing them for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and water ratios according to the season and material characteristics. During carding, we control feeding amounts and keep different batch numbers separated. We track each batch throughout the spinning process. If we find any quality issue, we report it and take corrective action immediately. We inspect every batch before packing to ensure consistent quality.
