Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our name in 2023. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone in Huangshan, Anhui. The total area is about 60,000 square meters. We have 18 production lines equipped with machines from Japan's Kyowa and Murata. Our annual output exceeds 5,000 tons. We supply customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian in China.

This woolen-spun fleck knitting yarn contains 50% wool and 50% nylon. Wool provides natural warmth and a soft feel. Nylon improves the yarn's elasticity, strength, and durability. The color flecks create a unique appearance and add a stylish texture to knitted fabrics. The yarn count is 1/7 NM, making it a thick yarn suitable for coarse needles. We check all raw materials against color cards when they arrive at our factory. We inspect them again before releasing them for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and water ratios according to the season and material characteristics. During carding, we control feed rates and keep different batch numbers separated. We track each batch throughout the spinning process. If we find any quality issue, we report it and take corrective action immediately. We inspect every batch before packing to ensure consistent quality.
