Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. produces this Cashmere Wool Blend Yarn with great attention to quality. Our company was founded in 2007 as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. We changed our company name in 2023. Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province. We have approximately 30,000 square meters of production space. Our 18 production lines produce more than 5,000 tons of yarn annually. We supply customers throughout China, including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian. We also export our products to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This Cashmere Wool Blend Yarn contains 10% cashmere and 90% premium wool. We use 90S grade fine wool for this product. The 90S grade represents very fine wool fibers. This gives the yarn a smoother surface compared with standard wool yarns. When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the fabric feels soft and smooth. It has a fluffy texture and lightweight feel. Our quality control process starts with raw material inspection. We check each incoming batch against color cards before production. We also inspect materials again before they enter the production process. During opening and blending, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust the oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions, adding more moisture in summer and reducing it in winter.

During the carding process, we control feeding quantities and separate batch numbers to prevent material mixing. We record and track batch numbers throughout the spinning process. If we detect uneven yarn quality, we immediately stop the machine for inspection and adjustment. Each production step includes strict quality checks. Before shipment, we inspect every cone of yarn to ensure consistent quality.
