Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023. We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual yarn output exceeds 5,000 tons.

Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province. Our production workshop covers approximately 30,000 square meters. In 2025, despite challenges in the global trade environment, we achieved an annual output value of 30 million yuan. We aim to become a leading manufacturer in Anhui's high-end wool textile industry.

This superior cashmere yarn is made from a six-fiber blend containing 10% cashmere, 15% wool, 30% viscose, 20% acrylic, 15% nylon, and 10% polyester.

Each fiber contributes different performance benefits. Cashmere and wool provide softness and warmth. Viscose improves smoothness and enhances the fabric hand feel. Acrylic and nylon increase yarn strength and durability. Polyester helps improve wrinkle resistance and shape retention.

When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the fabric has a fine texture and smooth surface appearance. This superior cashmere yarn is suitable for sweaters, scarves, and other premium knitwear. The finished garments offer a soft touch, neat appearance, and comfortable wearing experience while remaining easy to maintain.

Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards before production.

During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics.

During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. We track batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability.

If we detect any abnormal condition, we report it immediately and take corrective action. When equipment issues occur, we stop the machine and make adjustments before continuing production.
