Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province.

The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters. We operate 18 production lines equipped with machinery from Japan's Kyowa and Murata. With 50 employees, we produce more than 5,000 tons of yarn annually.

We supply customers in major textile regions across China, including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian. We also export our products to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This 100 percent cashmere yarn is made from pure cashmere fiber without any blended materials. This allows the yarn to maintain the natural softness, warmth, and premium quality of cashmere.

With a yarn count of 2/26 NM, this product has a smooth surface and refined texture. When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the fabric feels lightweight, soft, and comfortable against the skin.

This 100 percent cashmere yarn is ideal for high-end fitted sweaters, shawls, and luxury knitwear. The finished garments provide excellent warmth while remaining lightweight and comfortable. They offer a warm wearing experience without a heavy feeling.

Our quality control process starts with raw material inspection. We check incoming cashmere against approved color cards upon arrival. We also inspect materials again before they enter production.

During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust blending and processing methods according to different material characteristics and seasonal conditions.

During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep production batches separated. We strictly track batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability.

If we detect uneven yarn quality, we immediately stop the machine for inspection and adjustment. Each production stage includes strict quality inspections. We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
