Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province. The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters. We operate 18 advanced production lines, with key equipment sourced from Japan and Italy.

We supply customers in major textile regions of China, including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian. We also export our products to Korea, Japan, and Russia. In 2025, our annual output value reached 30 million yuan.

This cotton cashmere blend yarn contains 5% cashmere, 20% wool, 48% nylon, and 27% viscose. Cashmere provides a smooth and luxurious touch. Wool adds natural warmth. Nylon improves yarn strength, durability, and abrasion resistance. Viscose enhances moisture absorption and improves fabric comfort.

When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the fabric feels soft while maintaining good structure. This cotton cashmere blend yarn is suitable for knitted sweaters, lightweight jackets, and spring-autumn knitwear. The finished fabric has a soft luster, clear surface texture, and comfortable hand feel. It also maintains its shape well after wearing.

Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. When materials arrive at our factory, we check each batch against approved color cards. Materials are released for production only after confirmation.

During the opening and blending processes, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to different material characteristics. During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep production batches separated.

We carefully track batch numbers throughout the spinning process. If we detect any abnormal condition, we immediately report and resolve the issue to maintain stable yarn quality.
