Cashmere Silk Wool

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name from Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. in 2023. We currently have 50 employees. We cooperate with multiple spinning mills and produce more than 5,000 tons of yarn annually.

Our main production equipment includes opening machines, blending machines, carding machines, roving frames, spinning frames, winding machines, automatic winders, high-speed splicers, short-fiber twisting machines, and winding drums. Our key equipment is sourced from leading manufacturers in Japan, including Kyowa and Murata, as well as suppliers from Italy.

This cashmere silk wool yarn contains 70% extra-fine merino wool, 10% cashmere, and 20% Tencel. Tencel is a regenerated cellulose fiber known for its excellent elasticity and recovery properties. It improves fabric stretch, wrinkle resistance, and shape retention.

When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the finished fabric maintains its shape while keeping a soft and comfortable feel. This cashmere silk wool yarn is suitable for jackets, cardigans, and other knitwear that requires good structure and durability.

The yarn combines the warmth of wool with the softness of cashmere. The finished garments maintain their original shape over long-term use.

Our quality control process starts with raw material inspection. We check every incoming batch against color cards before production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities.

During carding, we control feeding quantities and separate production batches with clear batch numbers. We track each batch throughout the spinning process. If we identify any quality issues, we report and resolve them immediately.

Every production stage includes quality inspections. If equipment problems occur, we stop the machine and make adjustments before continuing production.
