Cashmere Mix Yarn

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. produces this cashmere mix yarn with precision and strict quality control. We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province. The total site covers approximately 60,000 square meters, including a 30,000-square-meter production workshop. In 2025, despite a challenging global trade environment, we achieved an annual output value of 30 million yuan. Our products are supplied to major textile markets in China and exported to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This cashmere mix yarn combines four different fibers: 40% extra-fine merino wool, 10% cashmere, 30% viscose, and 20% nylon. The wool uses 100S grade fibers, which are finer than standard wool fibers. When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the fabric has a soft, fluffy texture and lightweight feel. It also provides excellent drape and comfort.

This cashmere mix yarn is ideal for close-fitting sweaters, long scarves, and other premium knitwear. The finished garments provide warmth without a rough or scratchy feeling. This blend offers a good balance of softness, durability, and wearing comfort.

During the blending process, we adjust the oil and moisture ratios according to the characteristics of different materials. During carding, we control the feeding quantity and keep each production batch separate. We carefully track batch numbers throughout the spinning process. If we detect any quality issue, we immediately report and correct it.

When equipment problems occur, we stop the machine and make adjustments before continuing production. This process helps us maintain stable quality throughout semi-finished production. We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing and shipment.
