Super Bulky Cashmere Yarn

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. We changed our company name in 2023. Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province.

The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters. We operate 18 production lines. Our key equipment is sourced from Japan, including Kyowa and Murata machines, as well as suppliers from Italy.

Our products are supplied to domestic markets throughout China. We also export our yarn to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This super bulky cashmere yarn contains 5% cashmere and 95% wool. Cashmere provides a soft and luxurious touch, while wool adds warmth, structure, and fullness to the yarn.

With a yarn count of 1/16 NM, this product is designed as a thick yarn for heavy knitwear. It works well with coarse-gauge knitting machines. When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the fabric has a thick, fluffy texture and a soft hand feel.

This super bulky cashmere yarn is ideal for heavy winter sweaters, oversized knitwear, and wide scarves. The finished garments provide excellent warmth in cold weather. They have a natural textured appearance while maintaining a soft surface feel.

Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards before production.

During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. During blending, we adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics.

During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. Throughout the spinning process, we carefully track batch numbers to ensure traceability.

If we detect uneven yarn quality, we immediately stop the machine for inspection and adjustment. Each production stage includes strict quality inspections. We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
