Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui. The factory covers about 60,000 square meters. We have 18 advanced production lines with key equipment from Japan and Italy. Our annual production capacity exceeds 5,000 tons. In 2025, our output value reached 30 million yuan. We supply customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian. We also export to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This woolen-spun fashion yarn contains 10% wool and 90% synthetic fibers. The wool adds natural warmth and a soft touch. The synthetic fibers improve durability, wrinkle resistance, and easy-care performance. The colorful flecks create a unique surface effect. We check raw materials against color cards when they arrive at our factory. We inspect materials again before production begins. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and water ratios according to different seasons and material conditions.

During carding, we control feeding amounts and keep different production batches separated. We record batch numbers throughout the spinning process. If we find uneven yarn or production issues, we report them and make corrections immediately. We inspect every batch before packing to ensure consistent quality.
