Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. began as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.
We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual output exceeds 5,000 tons. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui.
Our production workshop covers approximately 30,000 square meters. Our office space covers about 2,500 square meters. We follow a customer-centered mission in everything we do.
Two-Fiber Blend for Stretch and Warmth
This soft wool blend yarn contains 80% extra-fine merino wool and 20% Tencel.
The extra-fine merino wool provides natural softness and warmth. Tencel provides excellent elasticity and abrasion resistance.
With a yarn count of 1/16 NM, this product is designed as a thick yarn for winter knitwear. When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the finished fabric feels comfortable and maintains its shape well.
This soft wool blend yarn is suitable for sweaters, scarves, and other premium knitwear. The finished garments provide warmth while allowing comfortable movement. They offer good stretch and recovery.
Thorough Production Monitoring
Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards when they arrive.
We conduct additional inspections before releasing materials for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities.
We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics.
During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. We track all batch numbers throughout the spinning process.
If we detect any quality issue, we report it immediately and take corrective action. When machine problems occur, we stop and adjust the equipment before continuing production.
We inspect every batch completely before packing.
Fast Repeat Order Processing
Our after-sales team handles customer requirements and provides support.
When issues arise, we cooperate with customers to identify the cause and provide solutions. We take responsibility for problems caused by our production process.
Custom sample development usually takes 20 to 30 days. The minimum order quantity is 300 KG per color.
Regular orders can be delivered within 40 to 60 days after payment confirmation. Repeat orders usually have shorter lead times.
