Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.

Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui. The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters.

We operate 18 advanced production lines with key equipment sourced from Japan and Italy. Our annual yarn output exceeds 5,000 tons.

Our products are supplied to major textile regions across China. We also export our yarn to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This nylon blend yarn contains 33% wool, 45% nylon, and 22% acrylic.

The wool provides warmth and a soft hand feel. The nylon improves yarn strength, durability, and abrasion resistance. The acrylic helps the fabric resist wrinkles and maintain easy-care performance.

These three fibers work together to create a balanced yarn with comfort and durability.

With a yarn count of 2/26 NM, this yarn is suitable for 12-gauge knitting machines. The finished fabric feels soft against the skin and maintains its shape well.

This nylon blend yarn is suitable for sweaters, jackets, and other durable knitwear. The finished garments provide long-lasting wear and maintain their original shape after repeated use.

Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards when they arrive.

We conduct additional inspections before releasing materials for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities.

We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions. During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated.

We strictly manage batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability.

If we detect any quality issue, we report it immediately and take corrective action. Each production stage includes strict quality inspections.

We inspect every batch completely before packing.
