Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.
Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui. The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters.
We operate 18 advanced production lines. Key equipment comes from Japan and Italy.
Our annual yarn output exceeds 5,000 tons. Our products are supplied to major regions across China. We also export our yarn to Korea, Japan, and Russia.
Three Fibers with a Silky Touch
This mercerized wool blend yarn contains 30% wool, 35% nylon, and 35% acrylic.
The wool provides natural softness. The nylon improves yarn strength and durability. The acrylic improves warmth retention and easy-care performance.
The mercerized process gives the yarn a smooth surface and subtle luster.
With a yarn count of 1/16 NM, this yarn is suitable for coarse-gauge knitting.

Thorough Quality Control
Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards when they arrive.
We conduct additional inspections before releasing materials for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities.
We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions.
During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. We track all batch numbers throughout the spinning process.
If we detect any quality issue, we report it immediately and take corrective action.
When machine problems occur, we stop and adjust the equipment before continuing production.
We inspect every batch completely before packing.
