Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. began as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.

We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual output exceeds 5,000 tons. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui.

In 2025, our annual output value reached 30 million yuan. We aim to become a leading manufacturer in Anhui's high-end wool textile industry.

This spun silk wool antimicrobial yarn is made from four types of fibers: 33% wool, 45% Tencel, 15% mugwort fiber, and 7% spun silk.

Tencel improves yarn strength and wear resistance. Mugwort fiber provides natural plant-based antibacterial properties. The spun silk creates a smooth surface and elegant luster.

With a yarn count of 2/28 NM, this yarn is suitable for 12-gauge knitting machines. The finished fabric has a soft hand feel, antibacterial properties, and good resistance to pilling.

This spun silk wool antimicrobial yarn is suitable for premium close-fitting sweaters, base layers, and other high-quality knitwear. The finished garments provide long-lasting comfort and maintain a fresh appearance after repeated use.

Our quality control process starts with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards when they arrive.

We conduct additional inspections before releasing materials for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities.

We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics. During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated.

We track all batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability.

If we detect any quality issue, we report it immediately and take corrective action. When equipment problems occur, we stop and adjust the machine before continuing production.

We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
