Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.
Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui. The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters.
We operate 18 production lines equipped with machinery from Japan's Kyowa and Murata. Our annual yarn output exceeds 5,000 tons.
We supply customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian in China.

The wool provides warmth and a soft hand feel. The nylon improves yarn strength and abrasion resistance.
The blend combines durability with a soft hand feel. With a yarn count of 1/16 NM, this yarn is suitable for 12-gauge knitting machines.

Precision Quality Control
Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards when they arrive.
We conduct additional inspections before releasing materials for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities.
We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics.
During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. We track all batch numbers throughout the spinning process.
If we detect any quality issue, we report it immediately and take corrective action.
When machine problems occur, we stop and adjust the equipment before continuing production.
We inspect every batch completely before packing.
Fast Turnaround for Repeat Orders
Our after-sales team handles customer requirements and provides support.
When issues arise, we cooperate with customers to identify the cause and provide solutions. We take responsibility for issues caused by our production process.
Custom sample development usually takes 20 to 30 days.
The minimum order quantity is 300 KG per color.
Regular orders can be delivered within 40 to 60 days after payment confirmation.
Repeat orders usually have shorter lead times.
