Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.

Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui. The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters.

We operate 18 production lines equipped with machinery from Japan's Kyowa and Murata. Our annual yarn output exceeds 5,000 tons.

We supply customers in many provinces across China and export our products to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This 50% wool blend yarn contains 50% wool, 20% nylon, and 30% acrylic.

The wool provides warmth and a soft hand feel. The nylon improves yarn strength and durability. The acrylic helps the fabric resist wrinkles and maintain easy-care performance.

With a yarn count of 2/24 NM, this yarn is suitable for 12-gauge knitting machines. The finished fabric is soft, durable, and maintains its shape well.

This 50% wool blend yarn is ideal for Aran-style sweaters and textured knitwear. The knitted patterns have clear definition and a three-dimensional appearance.

The finished garments provide warmth, comfort, and a substantial hand feel.

Our quality control process starts with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards when they arrive.

We conduct additional inspections before releasing materials for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities.

We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions. During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated.

We strictly manage batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability.

If we detect any quality issue, we report and resolve it immediately. Each production stage includes strict quality inspections.

We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
