Wool and Nylon Sock Yarn

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.

Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui. The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters.

We operate 18 production lines equipped with machinery from Japan's Kyowa and Murata. Our annual yarn output exceeds 5,000 tons.

We supply customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian. We also export our products to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This wool and nylon sock yarn contains 80% wool and 20% nylon.

The wool provides warmth and a soft hand feel against the skin. The nylon improves yarn strength and abrasion resistance. It also helps the finished fabric maintain a neat appearance.

With a yarn count of 1/16 NM, this yarn is suitable for 12-gauge knitting machines. The finished fabric has a thick structure and provides excellent warmth.

This wool and nylon sock yarn is specially designed for wool socks and other durable hosiery products. The finished socks provide warmth and comfort while offering excellent durability for long-term use.

The fabric also has good resistance to pilling.

Our quality control process starts with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards when they arrive.

We conduct additional inspections before releasing materials for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities.

We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions. During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated.

We strictly manage batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability.

If we detect any quality issue, we report it immediately and take corrective action. Each production stage includes strict quality inspections.

We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
