Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. began as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.
We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual output exceeds 5,000 tons.
Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui. Our production workshop covers approximately 30,000 square meters. Our office space covers about 2,500 square meters.

Six Fibers for Balanced Performance
This polyester acrylic blend yarn contains six different fibers. It contains 10% cashmere, 15% wool, 30% viscose, 20% acrylic, 15% nylon, and 10% polyester.
The cashmere and wool provide softness and warmth. The viscose provides a smooth hand feel. The acrylic and nylon improve yarn strength and durability.
The polyester helps the finished fabric maintain a neat appearance.
With a yarn count of 1/15 NM, this yarn is suitable for 12-gauge knitting machines.
The finished fabric feels fine and maintains good shape retention.

Step-by-Step Production Control
Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards when they arrive.
We conduct additional inspections before releasing materials for production.
During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities.
We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics.
During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated.
We track all batch numbers throughout the spinning process.
If we detect any quality issue, we report it immediately and take corrective action.
When machine problems occur, we stop and adjust the equipment before continuing production.
We inspect every batch completely before packing.

Custom sample development usually takes 20 to 30 days.
The minimum order quantity is 300 KG per color.
