Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd., which was established in 2007. We changed our name in 2023. We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual output exceeds 5,000 tons. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone in Huangshan, Anhui. Our production workshop covers about 30,000 square meters. This woolen-spun wool fleck yarn contains three fibers: 40% wool, 15% nylon, and 45% acrylic. Wool provides natural warmth and a soft feel. Nylon improves the yarn's strength and durability. Acrylic enhances stability and helps the fabric maintain its shape. The color flecks create a richer appearance and add visual interest to knitted fabrics. The yarn count is 2/16 NM, which is suitable for coarse needles. The finished fabric has good shape retention and a comfortable feel. We check all raw materials against color cards when they arrive at our factory. We inspect them again before releasing them for production. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and water ratios according to the season and material characteristics. During carding, we control feed rates and keep different batch numbers separated. We track each batch throughout the spinning process. If we find any quality issue, we report it and take corrective action immediately. We inspect every batch before packing to ensure consistent quality.
