Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. started as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui. We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual production capacity exceeds 5,000 tons. Our production workshop covers about 30,000 square meters. We follow a customer-centered approach in product development and service.

This woolen-spun tweed yarn is made from 100% synthetic fibers. The synthetic composition gives the yarn good wrinkle resistance, stable performance, and easy-care features. The color flecks create a tweed-style surface effect. They add depth and texture to knitted fabrics.

The yarn count is 1/16 NM. It is suitable for coarse gauge knitting. The finished fabric has a structured feel and keeps its shape well. We check raw materials against color cards when they arrive at our factory. We inspect materials again before production starts. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and water ratios according to seasonal changes and material conditions.

During carding, we control feeding amounts and separate different production batches. We record batch numbers throughout the spinning process. If we find uneven yarn or production issues, we report them and make adjustments immediately. We inspect every batch before packing to ensure stable quality.
