Fancy Wool Yarn

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui. The factory covers about 60,000 square meters. We have 18 production lines with equipment from Japan's Kyowa and Murata. Our annual production capacity exceeds 5,000 tons. We supply customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian in China. We also export to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This fancy wool yarn contains five different fibers: 2% rabbit fur, 23% wool, 43% polyester, 22% acrylic, and 10% viscose. The rabbit fur and wool add natural softness and warmth. The polyester and acrylic improve strength, durability, and shape retention. The viscose creates a smooth touch and unique surface texture.

The yarn count is 1/2.3 NM, which is an ultra-thick yarn. It is suitable for coarse gauge knitting and hand knitting projects. The finished fabric feels soft, fluffy, and comfortable, similar to coral fleece. This fancy wool yarn is suitable for loungewear, blankets, scarves, cushions, and plush toys. The finished products provide a warm and cozy experience with a soft touch.

We check raw materials against color cards when they arrive at our factory. We inspect materials again before production starts. During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and water ratios according to seasonal changes and material conditions.

During carding, we control feeding amounts and keep different production batches separated. We track batch numbers throughout the spinning process. If we find uneven yarn or production issues, we report them and make corrections immediately. We inspect every batch before packing to ensure consistent quality.
