The main characteristic of slub yarn is that its yarn density varies regularly or irregularly along its length, composed of three main elements: segment length, segment spacing, and segment thickness. Slub yarn is classified by spinning method (air-jet slub and ring-spun slub); by segment length (long, medium, and short); and by segment ratio (coarse, medium, and fine). Slub yarn products have good breathability, a strong three-dimensional effect, a rugged feel, unique fancy effects, and a style that simulates natural unevenness.
