When choosing a cashmere sweater, pay attention to four steps: First, observe; second, examine; third, touch; and fourth, ask.
First, observe: Check if the product has all necessary accessories, including the trademark, hangtag, size label, certificate of conformity, spare buttons, spare thread, and packaging box (bag).
Second, examine: A high-quality cashmere sweater has a very soft sheen, a full and rich pile, and a strong wool feel. Upon close inspection, the surface shows a thin layer of fine down, and the loops are relatively even both horizontally and vertically.
Third, touch: Gently stretch the cashmere sweater and release it. A good cashmere sweater should immediately return to its original shape; a lower-quality sweater, due to its loose structure and poor elasticity, is prone to deformation.
Fourth, ask about the price. Because cashmere sweaters are made from carefully selected materials and undergo multiple processes such as selection, washing, combing, dyeing, spinning, weaving, and finishing, be cautious about low-priced cashmere sweaters.
