Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. began as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.

We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual output exceeds 5,000 tons. Our factory is located in Beian Park of She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui.

Our production workshop covers approximately 30,000 square meters. Our employee apartments and canteen cover about 3,500 square meters. We follow the management philosophy of "Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Innovation."

The yarn count is 2/26 NM. This yarn is suitable for 12-gauge knitting machines. The finished fabric is lightweight, soft, and smooth.

Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards when they arrive. We also inspect them again before releasing them for production.

During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to material characteristics and seasonal conditions.

During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. We track all batch numbers throughout the spinning process.

If we detect any quality issue, we report it immediately and take corrective action. When machine problems occur, we stop and adjust the equipment before continuing production.

We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
