100 Percent Wool Yarn

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023.

Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province. The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters. We operate 18 advanced production lines, with key equipment sourced from Japan and Italy.

Our annual yarn output exceeds 5,000 tons. Our products are supplied to major domestic markets across China. We also export our yarn to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This 100 percent wool yarn is made from Sherpa wool, a premium wool material known for its softness and warmth. The fibers are long and have a smooth texture, which helps create a comfortable hand feel.

With a yarn count of 2/9 NM, this product is designed as a thick yarn for winter knitwear. It works well with coarse-gauge knitting machines.

The finished fabric has a thick, fluffy structure while remaining soft and comfortable. This 100 percent wool yarn is suitable for thick sweaters, scarves, hats, and other cold-weather knitwear.

The finished garments provide excellent warmth without creating a heavy feeling. The fabric surface has a natural luster and textured appearance.

Our quality control process starts with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards before production.

During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics.

During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. We strictly manage batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure traceability.

If we detect any quality issue, we report and resolve it immediately. Each production stage includes strict quality inspections.

We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
