Pure Laine Wool

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province.

The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters. We operate 18 production lines equipped with machinery from Japan's Kyowa and Murata. With 50 employees, we produce more than 5,000 tons of yarn annually.

We supply customers across many provinces in China and export our products to Korea, Japan, and Russia.

This pure laine wool yarn is made from 100% recycled wool. We use 64S grade fibers. Recycled wool is produced by reprocessing wool materials from existing wool products, allowing the fiber to retain the natural warmth and comfort of wool.

With a yarn count of 1/16 NM, this product is designed as a thick yarn for winter knitwear. It works well with coarse-gauge knitting machines.

When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the fabric has a thick structure and excellent warmth retention. This pure laine wool yarn is suitable for sweaters, scarves, hats, and other sustainable knitwear.

The finished garments provide a soft hand feel, reliable warmth, and a more environmentally responsible choice for consumers.

Our quality control process starts with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards before production.

During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to material characteristics.

During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. We strictly manage batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability.

If we detect any quality issue, we report and resolve it immediately. Each production stage includes strict quality inspections. We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
