Pure New Wool Yarn

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name from Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. in 2023.

We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual yarn output exceeds 5,000 tons. Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province.

Our production workshop covers approximately 30,000 square meters. In 2025, our annual output value reached 30 million yuan. We aim to become a leading manufacturer in Anhui's high-end wool textile industry.

This pure new wool yarn is made from 100% virgin wool. We use 70S grade fibers. Pure new wool refers to wool fibers that have not been previously processed or recycled.

Because the fibers maintain their original structure and quality, the yarn provides excellent softness, warmth, and natural comfort.

With a yarn count of 1/16 NM, this product is designed as a thick yarn for winter knitwear. When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the fabric has a thick, fluffy texture while maintaining a soft hand feel.

This pure new wool yarn is suitable for sweaters, scarves, hats, and other cold-weather knitwear. The finished garments provide excellent warmth and comfortable softness against the skin.

Our quality control process starts with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards before production. We also conduct additional checks before releasing materials for manufacturing.

During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics.

During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. We track all batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability.

If we detect any quality issue, we report and resolve it immediately. When equipment problems occur, we stop the machine and make adjustments before continuing production.

We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
