Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name in 2023. We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. We cooperate with multiple spinning mills and produce more than 5,000 tons of yarn annually.

Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province. Our production workshop covers approximately 30,000 square meters, and our office area covers about 2,500 square meters.

This 100% premium wool yarn is made from high-quality wool with 66–70S grade fibers. The fibers have consistent fineness, which helps create a smooth yarn surface and clean appearance.

With a yarn count of 2/16 NM, this product is designed as a thicker yarn for structured knitwear. It works well with coarse-gauge knitting machines.

The finished fabric has a thick texture and excellent warmth retention while maintaining a soft and refined hand feel. This 100% premium wool yarn is suitable for thick sweaters, scarves, hats, and other cold-weather knitwear.

The fabric has a natural luster, provides lasting warmth, and maintains its shape well after use.

Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards upon arrival. We also conduct additional checks before materials enter production.

During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics.

During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep production batches separated. We track all batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability.

If we detect any quality issue, we report and resolve it immediately. When equipment problems occur, we stop the machine and make adjustments before continuing production.

We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
