Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 as Huangshan Hongyi Textile Co., Ltd. We changed our company name in 2023.
Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province. The total factory area covers approximately 60,000 square meters. We operate 18 advanced production lines, with key equipment sourced from Japan and Italy.
In 2025, we achieved an annual output value of 30 million yuan. We supply customers in major textile regions of China, including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Fujian. We also export our products to Korea, Japan, and Russia.
Coarse Count for Thick and Cloud-Like Fabric
This 100% pure wool yarn is made from extra-fine merino wool with 80S grade fibers. The 80S grade represents fine wool fibers with excellent softness and smoothness.
The yarn has a refined surface and comfortable hand feel. With a yarn count of 2/18 NM, this product is designed as a thicker yarn suitable for heavy knitwear. It works well with coarse-gauge knitting machines.
The finished fabric has a fluffy, thick texture while remaining lightweight and comfortable. This 100% pure wool yarn is ideal for thick sweaters, winter scarves, and other cold-weather knitwear.
The finished garments provide excellent warmth without creating a heavy or bulky feeling.
Rigorous Quality Checks Throughout
Our quality control process begins with raw material inspection. We check incoming materials against approved color cards before production.
During the opening process, workers manually remove foreign fibers and impurities. We adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics.
During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated. We strictly manage batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure traceability.
If we detect quality issues, we immediately report and resolve them. Each production stage includes strict quality inspections. When equipment problems occur, we stop the machine and make adjustments before continuing production.
We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
Support for Repeat Orders
We welcome third-party inspections to verify product quality. Our after-sales team handles customer concerns and provides solutions.
When problems occur, we cooperate with customers to analyze the cause and resolve the issue. Custom sample development usually takes 20 to 30 days.
The minimum order quantity is 300 KG per color. Regular orders can be delivered within 40 to 60 days after payment confirmation. Repeat orders usually have shorter lead times.
