Cashmere Cotton Yarn

Huangshan Aotai Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. We changed our company name to the current name in 2023. We have 50 employees and 18 production lines. Our annual yarn output exceeds 5,000 tons.

Our factory is located in Beian Park, She County Economic Development Zone, Huangshan, Anhui Province. The production workshop covers approximately 30,000 square meters. Our office area covers about 2,500 square meters, while employee dormitories and the canteen occupy approximately 3,500 square meters.

This cashmere cotton yarn is a semi-worsted yarn made from a six-fiber blend. It contains 5% cashmere, 5% wool, 20% nylon, 20% acrylic, and 50% polyester.

Cashmere and wool provide softness and natural warmth. Nylon and acrylic improve yarn strength, durability, and wear resistance. Polyester helps the fabric maintain shape, resist wrinkles, and remain easy to care for.

The semi-worsted spinning process gives the yarn a smoother surface and cleaner appearance. When knitted on a 12-gauge machine, the fabric has a fine, smooth texture and comfortable hand feel.

This cashmere cotton yarn is suitable for lightweight sweaters, scarves, and other everyday knitwear. The finished garments provide warmth while remaining easy to maintain.

During the blending process, we adjust oil and moisture ratios according to seasonal conditions and material characteristics. During carding, we control feeding quantities and keep different production batches separated.

We track all batch numbers throughout the spinning process to ensure full traceability. If we detect any quality issue, we report and resolve it immediately.

Each production stage includes strict quality inspections. If equipment problems occur, we stop the machine and make adjustments before continuing production. We conduct complete inspections on every batch before packing.
